are subject to immediate termination unless expressly authorized in writing by SwayThat (including by electronic mail).
By becoming a member, you understand that SwayThat may delete anything you uploaded or posted for any reason, at any time.

No Warranty SwayThat MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF ANY RESOURCES ON THE WEB SITE. SwayThat SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANYTHING SwayThat MEMBERS POSTED OR UPLOADED.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU AS A MEMBER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANYTHING YOU UPLOAD, POST, EMAIL OR TRANSMIT THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THE WEB SITE. SwayThat WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING YOU UPLOAD, POST, EMAIL, OR TRANSMIT.
